  • “Services” refers to the event audio-visual services provided by Kingdom AV Singapore, including but not limited to sound system rentals, visual projection systems, karaoke setups, event lighting, live band sound management, DJ service, and full event management.

2. Service Agreement

All services provided by Kingdom AV Singapore are subject to a formal agreement. The specifics of the services, including dates, times, locations, equipment, and costs, will be detailed in the service agreement. This agreement must be signed by both the Company and the Client before any services are rendered.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due either before or immediately after the event. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods as agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the specifics outlined in the service agreement.

5. Equipment and Liability

The Client is responsible for the security of all equipment provided by Kingdom AV Singapore during the event. Any loss or damage to equipment due to negligence or misuse by the Client or their guests will be the Client’s responsibility, and the Client will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. Kingdom AV Singapore is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or equipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kingdom AV Singapore and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom AV Singapore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kingdom AV Singapore harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, or your violation of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
